Important enclosure for the development of different artistic - cultural expressions, especially for emergent artists. The lounge is destined to:
* Art Exhibitions
* Sunday Concerts
* Seminars
* General Events
This cultural space was projected by the notable Architect Carlos Martner. The construction of the building began in the year 1964 and was inaugurated in 1966 by important Authorities of the period.
In 1978 it was re-conditioned to take better advantage of the spaces that exist inside and the out-standing visual artist Roser Bru was invited to create a beautiful mural that today illuminates the bottom of the lounge.
Located to a hundred meters from the swimming pool Tupahue, it stands out for the simplicity of its lines, the use of stone and wood in the construction and the beautiful vegetation that surrounds it.
The Metropolitan Park organizes in this place during every weekend of the year artistic free activities for all the people who want to be in touch with arts.
